Vegetable food is becoming increasingly popular – the vegetarian / vegan cuisine is gaining in popularity. The culinary quality has developed enormously in recent years. Vegetarian / vegan does not mean abstinence. The vegetable cuisine offers an infinite variety of creative creations.
Vegan diet is not a restriction, but a change of dietary habits and consumption habits. Apart from health, it also serves animal protection, environmental protection and climate protection.

To start the day, we serve homemade jams and bread spreads in addition to our breakfast buffet as well as a vegan à la carte breakfast with hot and cold dishes.
In the evening there is a vegan soup / starter, the vegan main course and a dessert from self-production.
In addition, we offer all interested guests the opportunity to get to know the vegan cuisine and try out.
