All advertised prices are per person including the booked catering service and the use of the sauna area during the advertised opening hours.
The regional tourism tax is charged at € 2,80 per person / night.
Persons over the age of 15 are liable to pay the levy.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your room is ready for occupancy from 15:00. An earlier takeover of the room is possible after consultation.
The room will be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parking spaces are available free of charge in sufficient numbers.

The EU Commission offers the possibility of online dispute resolution on a platform operated by it (ODR platform). The ODR platform can serve as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales contracts or service contracts. Reservation and cancellation
If a reservation is made, the Austrian hotel contract provisions are deemed to be agreed.

Cancellations more than 3 months before departure are free of charge.
3 months to 1 month before departure – 40% of the booking value
1 month to 1 week before departure – 90% of the booking value
Short-term cancellations as well as early departures will be charged with 100% of the booking value.
